What The Raw Iron Club provides is 1 on 1 training focused around you! Improving your physical strengths while working around limitations. Unlike other Personal Trainers our goal is to go at your pace and not push you too hard too fast.

PERSONAL TRAINING 1-3 SESSIONS

$40 per 1 hour 1 on 1 session

I will train you for 1 single session for $40. We will work on your form and put together a workout program customized for you. I will answer any questions you have regarding fitness. We will focus primarily on resistance training to improve bone and muscular strength. Each session is between 45 minutes and 1 hour.

PERSONAL TRAINING 4 SESSIONS

$36 per 1 hour 1 on 1 session

This package includes four 1 hour personal training sessions for $144. We will focus primarily on resistance training to improve bone and muscular strength. We will work on your form and put together a workout program customized for you. Each session is between 45 minutes and 1 hour.

Personal training 6 sessions

$34 per 1 hour 1 on 1 session

This package includes six 1 hour personal training sessions for $204. We will focus primarily on resistance training to improve bone and muscular strength. We will work on your form and put together a workout program customized for you. If buying more than 6 sessions at once the price would be $34 per added session. Each session is between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
