We will work on your form and put together a workout program customized for you. We will focus primarily on resistance training to improve bone and muscular strength. I will address any questions you have regarding fitness and we will get some workouts going together! Each session is between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
Included with your session is a free nutrition assessment with a Registered Dietitian from our close friends over at One Bite at a Time Nutrition Counseling.
