In your free consultation, we’ll cover proper form, your goals, and build a personalized workout plan. Sessions focus on resistance training to boost strength, and I’ll answer all your fitness questions as we get moving with effective, goal-driven workouts!

Each session lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour.

Pricing

  • Single Sessions (1–3): $45 each – Great for trying it out or occasional tune-ups
  • Commit to Progress (6): $40 each – Consistency brings results
