What The Raw Iron Club provides is 1 on 1 training focused on you! We can Improve your physical strengths while working around limitations. Unlike other Personal Trainers our goal is to go at your pace and not push you too hard too fast. If you are looking for online training click here. We will work on your form and put together a workout program customized for you. We will focus primarily on resistance training to improve bone and muscular strength. I will address any questions you have regarding fitness and we will get some workouts going together! Each session is between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
Included with your session is a free nutrition assessment with a Registered Dietitian from our close friends over at One Bite at a Time Nutrition Counseling.
Pricing
1-3 sessions $45 per session
6 or more sessions $40 a session
